Frequently Asked Questions
Telephone Service
Most of our "In Town" accommodations have telephones for your convenience, but are limited to local calls
only (the notes attached to each unit will indicated if a phone exists). Long distance telephone calls must be charged
to your calling or credit card.
Maintenance
Harrison Retreats Inc. makes every effort to keep properties in good working order, and we maintain a 24
hour service for emergencies. However, no guarantees or refunds are made with regard to the mechanical
failure of appliances, audio/video equipment, or any household systems. On rare occasions, we are
forced to wait for parts and repairs beyond what would appear routine at your home. The earlier
you report a problem, the sooner we can make is disappear!
Condos & Chalet
What is included?
Each of our accommodations is fully furnished and equipped with dinnerware and cleaning supplies. Beds have
mattress pads, sheets, pillows, pillow cases, blankets and/or bed spreads (or comforters). There is at least one
bath towel, hand towel, face towel and wash cloth per person. We supply enough soap and paper products to get
you started comfortably.
